Class fees collected in advance are non-refundable but may be transferable to another class/event or to another participant if studio is notified at least 12 hours prior to class start time. No fees will be transferred or refunded for failure to show or for any kind of cancellation 2 hours of class start time. Partial attendance in a camp or class requires payment in full for entire session.
Pottery/Project Pick up and Hold Time:
Imagine Studios will attempt to notify each customer one time via text or email regarding project pick up. Customers have up to 90 days to return to Imagine Studios for pick up. Projects left at the studio for 90 or more days will be considered abandoned and will be donated or discarded. At times, emails bounce to spam or text messages are not delivered. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to return to the studio for project pick up in a timely manner. Furthermore, customers are required to put a name and/or initials on projects and to present a photo of items at pick up for identification purposes.
For parties with one ticket, including birthday parties, we send one text or email to the host, but we do not text, call or email individuals.
Damages:
We are only human and sometimes accidents happen with breakable items. We will do our best to offer a replacement or a gift certificate when damage occurs. Often damages are beyond our control due to natural errors in the kiln but we sincerely love our customers and will do our best to fix any damages or to extend a gift certificate or discount for another visit when damages occur. Damages that are incurred by the customer are not our responsibility nor is the failure to put names on items or present photos at pick up our responsibility.
Shipping: We will ship projects at customer expense. If items are damaged in shipping, up to $50 insurance can be claimed by the customer by filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
